Summary
A live Telegram bot that gives access to the Wudugize youth choir's album, built for a specific church community. It's a small, single-purpose project that was shipped over about two months and hasn't changed in over a year. A way to charge is hinted at but nothing in the dossier shows it working.
Bloat · Not much here works or looks likely to last, yet.
Breakdown
Five measures, 100 points each. Open the receipts under any of them to see the posts and pages behind the points.
Viability
Is there a real problem, someone who would pay, and a market this builder can actually reach?
There's a real audience in the choir's congregation and a believable way to charge, since the bot description talks about buying the album. No payment provider or revenue shows up, so it hasn't been shown to work.
40/100
Rubric 21–40A real problem, but no plausible path to anyone paying, or a market well out of this builder's reach.
Receipts (2)
The Amharic description invites users to buy the album and listen via /start, which implies a purchase flow.

The post frames the bot as a way to listen to the songs and support the choir's ministry.
“Today I went to Alamura Mulu Wongel. ምን እግር ጣለህ አትሉም? Their youth choir released their very first mezmur album. The songs were really good. Here is a short ቅምሻ from the album. So, I made a bot so you guys can listen to all of the songs and support their ministry. 📱 @wdugizealbumbot”

Moat
What stops someone copying it?
A bot that serves an album is easy for anyone here to rebuild. The only edge is the relationship with this one choir, which doesn't stop another builder from doing the same for another choir.
12/100
Rubric 0–20A thin wrapper or a clone that anyone here could rebuild in a weekend.
Receipts (2)
The bot was made after attending the choir's album release, so the access is personal rather than a defensible asset.

The bot is a simple /start flow for one album with no sign of deeper integrations.

Infrastructure
Does a real, working product exist?
A working Telegram bot exists and responds, and it appears to deliver the album. There's no sign of docs, accounts, an API or any other platform around it.

Sustainability
Is it being set up to last?
Telegram is a natural way to reach a church congregation, and the description points to a paid album. Without any payment provider, privacy policy, support contact or recent activity, there's little to show it can sustain itself.
