Summary
Tempus is a small, live web app with accounts and a $20 lifetime deal, built and announced over two days and untouched since. There's no sign of payment processing, customers, or any upkeep, so it reads as a quick side project that hasn't been tested with buyers.

Viability
Is there a real problem, someone who would pay, and a market this builder can actually reach?
Knowing today's observance is a mild want rather than a pain people pay for, and a $20 one-time price with no local payment method doesn't suit this market. The builder says the pricing came from a stranger's suggestion, not from demand.
22/100
Rubric 21–40A real problem, but no plausible path to anyone paying, or a market well out of this builder's reach.
Receipts (2)
Offers a $20 lifetime deal for daily emails and a dashboard, but no payment provider is wired up.

Pricing was added after a stranger said to monetize it, so there's no sign of demand.

Moat
What stops someone copying it?
Lists of world days and daily history facts are public and easy to pull together, and nothing here is proprietary or local. Anyone could rebuild it in a weekend.
8/100
Rubric 0–20A thin wrapper or a clone that anyone here could rebuild in a weekend.

Infrastructure
Does a real, working product exist?
A live, working web app on its own domain with accounts and a daily list of special days, but it's thin, with no legal pages, no support contact, and no payment processing.
